Arthur Paolella, TWG & PEG Leaders

Arthur Paolella, PhD, is a research and development professional.  He has worked with Harris Corporation since 2014 as a Senior Scientist, where he is responsible for research and development activities in RF, millimeter waves and photonics. He is in charge of technology insertion and product development of RF photonics into space, communications and electronic warfare systems through the use of both corporate research funds and contractual research and development funds with various U.S. government agencies.
 
Prior to joining Harris, he was a Principal Systems Engineer with Lockheed Martin. In that role, his responsibilities were to develop RF photonic and millimeter wave technologies and insert these technologies into space and electronic warfare systems. He was program manager for Integrated Photonic Circuits for the Advanced Components for Electronic Warfare Program; and was involved in the WV band space flight experiment.
 
Arthur has taught courses in RF and fiber optic systems at Villanova University and Drexel University.
 
He has a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Monmouth University and a PhD in electrical engineering, RF photonics.
